New Halifax Office for 2023

Torq is excited to announce its official entry into Nova Scotia! We are in the process of finalizing our second hire in the province and are planning to have our Halifax office move-in ready by January 2023.

Our plan to open a Halifax office was delayed through the pandemic and we focused on growth in our Charlottetown headquarters. Now approaching 20 employees, we are ready to seriously invest in our second location.  Our reasons for expansion into Halifax have not changed – access to a large employee base and proximity to international flights. While remote work is at an all-time high, there is a large demographic of people that want to work for a local company with a team they can form in-person relationships with. Torq has grown a great team locally in Charlottetown and we believe we can do the same in Halifax.
